cathedral ceilings and skylights that amplify the ambience
of the room. Large doors open directly to the Lanai,
a shaded area overlooking the Pool.

Enjoy
your meals Al Fresco under the lanai, the pool enjoys
all day sun, perfect after a hard day and ideal for
sun worshippers. It is fully screened to keep out the
bugs and let in the Florida sun. If you do not wish
to sit in the sun all day long you can enjoy the Games
Room!! The double garage has been converted into a games
room and contains a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Football
and Electronic Dart Board.

The
Kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook for
a large family or simply heat up a take away. You can
enjoy eating in the Breakfast Nook or have a more elegant
dinner in the Formal Dining Area. The Kitchen features
a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, range style cooker,
ample crockery, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, radio/CD
player everything you could possibly need to enjoy whichever
cuisine you desire.

When
it comes to sleeping, there should be no problem; With
‘TWO’ Full Master Bedrooms with En-suite facilities.
Both the Master Bedrooms are situated to the rear of
the home - Master Bedroom ‘1’ has a luxury
American king-sized bed, elegant bedroom furnishings
with large walk-in closet. TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock
and hairdryer provided. The en-suite offers a walk-in
separate shower cubicle and features roman oval bath,
twin washbasins in a built-in vanity unit and toilet/WC.
It opens out via a French door onto the Lanai and Pool
Area. Master Bedroom ‘2’ also has a luxury
King-Sized bed and furnishings, with walk-in closet,
Cable TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock and hairdryer provided.
The en-suite offers washbasin and vanity unit, shower
over bath and toilet/WC. Again you can step directly
out to the Deck Area & Lanai and enjoy that morning
coffee by the pool. To the front of the home is the
Queen Room – A third bedroom that has it’s
own dedicated Bathroom, richly furnished with a queen
sized bed and equipped with ceiling fan, Cable TV, and
a large closet. The Bathroom is adjacent to the Queen
room has a tub/shower combo and a vanity unit with movie-style
lighted mirror. There are a further two Twin Bedrooms
– One themed for ‘Girls’ and one for
‘Boys’…… so again!! No Arguing!!
The fourth Family Bathroom sits between the Twin Bedrooms
just off the Lounge Area.
This
is definitely a ‘Home’ to be enjoyed and appreciated
by guests who truly believe they deserve the best with
space to kick off those shoes and relax whilst only
being moments from all that Florida has to offer!!
